Fees range from $200-300 per session depending on the type of service being provided.

Gaya Therapy is out of network, which means that we do not directly take insurance. If your insurance plan has “out of network benefits,” you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement. Upon your request, we can provide a super-bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

We live by the phrase, “You have to go slow in order to go fast.”
Treatment may be short or long-term depending on the severity of symptoms, level of exposure to adversity, frequency of sessions, and readiness for change. Since the brain takes time and repetition to rewire, we encourage you to trust in the slower nature of this process to assure lasting results.

Our clinicians offer both virtual and in-person availability.
In-person sessions are conducted in our Grand Central location.

In-person sessions are conveniently located near Grand Central Station in Midtown Manhattan, at 280 Madison Avenue.

Upon completing the consultation and intake process, you will receive instructions via email on how to utilize the HIPAA compliant video teletherapy platform, Simple Practice.

As per current teletherapy guidelines, we are only able to provide therapy to those residing within the state of NY. If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us directly, as this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
