Available Position 

  • Psychotherapist (virtual and in-person sessions in Manhattan)

  • Gaya Therapy is hiring LMSWs, LCSWs, LMHCs, MHC-LPs for a full time psychotherapy position (caseload of 20-25 clients) to collaborate with individuals, couples, and families virtually and in person.

  • Location: Must be licensed in NY 

 

Requirements & Responsibilities 

  • Conducting consultations

  • Marketing, advertising, and networking to gain clientele

  • Completing notes and treatment plans

  • Billing and scheduling through a user friendly Electronic Health Record

  • Attending weekly individual and group supervision

  • A strong interest in working with POC, immigrants, and Asian-Americans

  • An understanding of social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and the capacity to help build out the Gaya Therapy brand through social media 

 

Qualifications 

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated interest in somatically oriented, emotion-focused, attachment-based therapy, and experiential therapies such as AEDP. This is a fee-for-service position.
