Rebecca Singh

As an Indo-Guyanese American therapist who grew up in a mixed-religion Muslim/Hindu household, I deeply understand the struggle of balancing various cultural and religious identities while searching for a true sense of self. I specialize in supporting young professionals, teens, and couples as they navigate the challenges of identity, cultural expectations, intergenerational trauma, and individuality.

In our work together, we’ll address and alleviate the anxiety that often arises during young adulthood—whether it’s the pressure to adhere to your family’s values, navigating dating in the modern world, or finding your purpose and what makes you feel alive.

Using a combination of cognitive behavioral and emotion-focused techniques, we will work to rebuild your self-esteem, heal hurtful younger experiences, and unconditionally accept yourself and others, improving your capacity to connect. I look forward to being your gentle guide on this healing journey.
